1959 Chevrolet Brookwood Wagon 

Beautiful car

It really is a shame they didn't make more of these! I would love to get my hands on one! Most of us have at least one station wagon story from when we were kids watching the world go by in reverse. Road trip staring out the back window of something like this making faces at the people behind you in traffic. Man what a cool car! You did it again Brother! Love it!

I learned how to drive in a 1959 Chevy El Camino in 1968 when I was 8 yrs old. This brings back a flood of memories.

My great Aunt had one we called the Bay Wagon, only hers was a four door! Great wagon!!

Yes, I have a 1960 Brookwood wagon 2 door original California 3 owner car. I would be interested in selling it due to how rare they are. I of course wanted to run it by you first to see the best way to notify your fans that were interested in the sweet 59 you highlighted a few months back.

my dad always had 2 door wagons, a 52 ford , a 55 Plymouth. he liked them as my bro was adhd and could not open the non existant back door. the 59 was actually the first 4 door wagon he bought as he could not find a 2 door with a manual trans. The 2 door wagons were rare in the late 50's early 60's cars.

Damn! You chromed the bejesus out of that motor! Actually, because it's a solid bodied 2 door wagon, in such awesome shape, you didn't need to do that! To each their own, I believe. I'm looking for a 59 through 61 Ford Galaxy Starliner, however, if I were to run across something like this for even money, - this would definitely be something to teach my son how to cherish the oldies with! This is one cool "Grocery Getter!"

Beautiful Chevrolet wagon

Wagons are popular to me and always has been.

These are old cars I like, ones you don't see a lot of, my dad has a 66 Biscayne Wagon that I race and once got a perfect light in, has a Chevy 350 in it and some day he wants to put a Big Block 409 in it, also the only Brookwood I've seen was a 60 that needed to be restored

I have a two door Brookwood in this color, straight 6, no power anything. These two door wagons (the wagon level of a Biscayne) were the cheapest Chevy wagon you could buy in 1959.. I've seen numbers that 12,000 were made, not sure though. You don't see many of these because they were utilitarian and got run into the ground.

I remember when my brother had a monad 1959 station wagon I was mad when he sold it to some guy for a parts car when there was nothing wrong with the wagon. I guess this was in the early 80's when you still seen them around.
