Living on the road in my car. Barely able to eat. Doing Sumo against 400-600lb guys while I weigh 165lbs. These church episodes have been my bible while on the road. Staying tough. Lee, great job on making 800 calorie goals brotha on that cardio machine. Just try not to eat double that cause you feel your body repairing itself and think you are DYING--haha. If you are doing monster cardio sessions like that and still even eat like 2300 calories a day, you will lose weight my man. It's tough I know! I used to weigh 440 pounds brotha!
