Joey, one option that could work for Mercy is for her to get a retail job during high school during the summer break. That way, she gets the work experience and can go to college the same year all her friends do and can be roommates their first year in dorms and whatnot. Just a thought.

I love me some Joey, but I can't take all the bullshit lying stories anymore. Every episode it seems like I catch him in a lie. I remember on Rogans podcast awhile back, Joey said he did heroin in prison. Now in this episode he said he only took acid and no other drug. He just seems like a compulsive liar. Still love him though.

Of course he lies, he's an entertainer. He's not going to get an audience by taking about a boring ordinary life, he's reeling people in with these stories, and they're interesting. It doesn't matter if they're fake, because you still want to know how the story ends. Who's podcast are you going to listen to, mine? With my 10 hour a day, 6 day a week, boring as fuck job, where nothing interesting ever happens in my life? Or Joey Diaz with his crazy coke filled gangster stories? It doesn't matter if they aren't real, they're fun, that's the big point.
