Replacing the cab corners and rocker panels on the 1960 Chevy C10 project. Before cutting out the old panels I like to take measurements of the door opening and any other critical areas, that way I have a reference point when fitting the new panels. Aftermarket patch panels rarely fit without some modification, in this case the rocker panel fit quite well, but the cab corner fit poorly. This was most likely due to the fact that aftermarket cab corners are often designed to be lap welded, however I prefer butt welding exterior panels
