This is just the inspiration I need! I have a 1974 Vespa 90 awaiting restoration, I honestly hope I can complete the work as well as this has been done.

waooo..My father has been using it since 1977 in Pakistan and all of my siblings know its worth v well.it was our transport for school and college.Such a wonderful video to watch.My father's favourite ride❤️

Nice work. I had a Vespa in 1961, it was a 125cc. Later I had a chance to acquire a 150cc engine off a wrecked/totaled Vespa and I jumped on it. The only mistake I made was when painting, I was looking for Candy Apple Red, and being the young 'smart person' I ignored the paint man's suggestion to put on a Gold basecoat then Purple that you could see through, the combo makes Candy Apple Red. Well I outsmarted myself and told the guy to mix me a Red instead of Purple and the end result turned out ORANGE. It was pretty but not at all what I wanted. I rode that Vespa for 7 years and loved it. I later had trouble with the clutch and took it apart to repair and noticed the woodruff key had wallowed out the slot in the crankshaft...While I was waiting for a new part the Vespa was stolen, I never saw it again...I told the dealer and didn't have to pay for the crankshaft but I often wondered what happened to it, it was my Baby!

I would love to have one of these classic Vespas.I would have left metal bare and clear coated it then paint wheels red with whitewall tires for that ratrod look.
