007's car (1964 Aston Martin DB5) had many of Q's gadgets. They were stealth, hidden. When restoring my 1964 Austin Healey 3000 Mk III, I choose to replace/improve some of the items. My goal was a more reliable driver, and to keep her looking stock. Electronic fuel pump and ignition for instance. How about a cup holder. I know, in a classic sports car! Oh that is so wrong! That was the start of...if I want to add something, I should do it in Q style. This video tells the story of my Q inspired touches. These Healey's and all classic cars are a time capsules of days gone by. My restoration keeps that in mind. Almost every change/modification/dress up....is reversible. I am fortunate to be one of the people to have this Austin Healey in it's journey from owner to owner. I take good care of her and drive her everyday.
