I had one. For easier starting always stand next to the bike: when cold, open throttle slightly with your left hand and hold it there, then kick. For warm engine: open throttle more and hold it with left hand. If outside temp is very low, you might have to put a rag or something in the intake air manifold coz there is no choke.

I don't recall what I paid for the bike. Craig Vechorik of Benchmark works, who in my view is one of the leading experts on vintage BMW's was certain beyond doubt that the paint was original and when you examine the bike carefully, you would agree. No doubt it had been cared for for many years.
@@theburlingtongarage6255 Sorry i didnt know you have company to sell such items. But i am from the Country which did produce this items. (Germany). On Video it is hard to see if its original painting or not.
