Charlie Digital I’m not sure to be honest, but I will say that most of the Chicano farmers were primarily in Norther California and Lowriding started in Southern California, LA area, so I would say that that might not be true, but that’d be a cool story haha

I agree. The front wheels have a pretty big inward slant. But some people do that for stunt reasons, such as balancing on one side more easily. I'm not sure if that's the case here though.
