This Power Wagon was used for almost it's entire life at the Boeing Aircraft facility in Arnprior, Ottowa, Canada. It was assigned to be the emergency fire truck for their helicopter division. It was never registered for road use until the current owner bought it. This is a W300 model which is a bit more rare than the other models. It has it's original 318 V-8, and it runs great. The current owner brought it here to Texas and did ad A/C. That is the only thing not original to the truck. First off, thank you for taking the time to shoot this! I appreciate seeing ANY W300 content :). Having said that, maybe planing out a shoot would be more informative? You have a lot of scenes that show the same exterior frames. Would have been nice to see more interior, undercarriage, etc.

Excellent workhorse pick-up. High ground clearance, great gearing.......Great for winching in the front,too. ......Must have given GREAT service as a Fire Truck........P.S. I would think since it was in airport duty,it had a hour meter on it.

It's a 318 but I don't think it's the original 318. In '64, it would've been a 318 "A" series or "Poly". That looks like a later small block "LA" 318.

I'm sure the truck has been sold and is a clean W300 but I've got a question for the previous owner or someone who knows what this truck had for rims. I have a '64 W300 and I've got a 6 bolt pattern split ring rim. I see this truck has a different 6 bolt pattern rim. Curious if it is a factory '68 rim or what other 6 bolt rim could I use on my '64 W330? I don't mind the split ring rim but prefer the looks of the one that's on this truck. Maybe Zillacon1 could help answer this one. Thanks, Nick T

Nice truck but if its a 1964 its a Johnny Cash truck because it has the wrong engine, hood, grill, doors and door handles for a 1964 truck.

Sorry, but it has not been rebuilt. Do your research. The 1964 Dodge Power Wagon had several choices of engines. the 318 was one of them. Pull up images of 1964 s and you'll see it's correct.

@@marisgarrett9422 I dont need to do my research. I am a Power Wagon guru. I have owned dozens of them and I am a known expert on them for decoding. So let me Edumacate you ;) Just so you know if you do "Your" research a 1964 had a 4 headlight grill, sloped hood where it meets the grill and refrigerator style door handles. The 318 in a 1964 truck would have been a Poly 318 with the wide 2 bolt valve covers as well as a single pot brake master cylinder. This truck you have screams 1968. It has a 1968 Grill, a 1968 Hood which was a 1 year style hood and push button door handles as well as 68 doors and interior panels. The engine in your truck is a LA series 318 which wasn't made until 1967. You also have a dual pot master cylinder which wasn't in trucks until 1967. So either its a Johnny Cash Truck or you have the year wrong or somebody screwed you. Those are just facts.

Also after looking at the Data Plate it clearly states it is a 1968 truck. What does the title state as far as year? Hope nobody gets screwed from this deal.

@@zillacon1 I owe you an apology. It is a 68. We are selling it for it's owner who we have worked with before. I should have done the research myself, but just don't know that much about these old trucks. Value wise, they are about the same, but will have to change the ad once I talk to the owner.
