On top of my list of another Porsche the 356 C.I kick myself for no buying earlier when the prices were not the way they are now.Guess you just can t have it all can you.Another winner from PCA.

As 356s were being replaced by 911s, a salesman at RBM in Atlanta told me to tell my father he could buy a new Signal Red SC convertible for $3,300. Wish he had bought it. Not that wouldn’t rather have had an Irish green coupé.

To love the car , u’ll need to be able to enjoy driving !, u know what I mean ?, today jounger folks more interested in drive without muffler , having maximum horses technically possible even when they are not allowed to use ‘em (75mph) , burning tires , & happy going a 1/4 mile , just to show up . They do not know how it is when u are lonely , but u sit in ur 75horses Porsche is all u got ❤️👀 many people are fools

A Roadster was great to have in the ‘60s, especially when you’ve got two cute girls in the passenger seat and wearing short skirts and you drive under power company’s linemen at the top of the poles. Hilarious to see them go crazy at the sight below. Incidentally, Cs were never called Normals. That was an A and B thing. The 88-HP cars were just Cs. I had a ‘64 SC after my Roadster which did great four wheel drifts in slaloms.
