That really is a hell of nice car!!! That Wembelton white, looks clean even when its not. Great choice on the colors and interior color!!! Really nice!!
Wow, this brings back memories!!! I had a light yellow, 1965 Comet Cyclone back in the 1970. 289 with a Holley 4 barrel, dual exhausts and 4 speed on the floor. It was otherwise stock except for the wheels and tires. Mine was pretty fast, but my neighbor on one side of me had a 1967 396 Chevelle 4 speed and on the other side of me was a guy with a 1970 Dodge R/T 440 magnum police interceptor engine. As you can imagine, they blew the Comet away, but that 289 was a strong engine and tons of fun.
A better trim arrangement than the '64. Up front like a GTO, clean, slick lines all around. Even that Skylark GS inspired trim (fenders) is a welcome sight. And in WHITE! The best color choice for this car yet. The black vinyl interior, well, let's hope the buyer doesn't live in Florida. Black upholstery is a handful in Summer even here in New York. The black color inside of that white exterior is no clash whatever, though. Be sure that AC is working, though. And to be sure; who needs a Mustang, or even a Falcon Futura Sprint. This is MY kind of car. This is FoMoCo!!
