Ah yes. The days before insulin, diuretics, 36-inch thighs and 42-inch waists. When competitors really had an X-frame and were not built like a refrigerator. The movie, "Don't Make Waves" with Draper, Yorton and Lewis was an early inspiration and I still have a copy of it on VHS. Thanks for sharing this gem.

I was a member of Chuck Sipes American Bodybuilding Club.

I think Dave Draper had the BEST build of ALL the contemporary body builders -along with Steve Reeves and Reg Park. The other guys were TOO BIG.

Big difference in Draper between 1965 when he won the Mr America and 1966. He looked like a different person. Started taking Dianabol.
