Custom subframe connectors help strengthen the frame and avoid a sagging convertible...but they aren't cheap and there's no guarantee they fit the way you want. For $75 I custom made a pair I LOVE.
terrific work, Did not realize that they were recessed into the floor pans , what an excellent approach as it truly is a frame now as opposed to the connectors I used. Looking forward to PT2.
I’m about to start back into a 66 conv that I started back in high school almost 20 years ago. I moved away from home and life has not provided me the opportunity to resume work until now. I plan to use your restoration as a guide and motivation to get after it. Very excited for what is to come!
