The UK version, with the realistic fuel tank, is probably the most attractive 60s British bike.

Exquisite.... perfect. My number one bike of all bikes to obtain. My favorite of all bikes ever made. I hope to have one before I die. Even if I cant ride it, I will display it on a Teakwood pedestal in my living room.

They are Amal 32mm concentrics.Same as i have fitted to my 67 Spitfire

GP2 carbs were only on the 66 spitfire, Thy weren't very street friendly, but what a difference in performance .

Are the carbs the Amal GP carbs without the idle circuit?

Restoration or renewal? I wonder how many of the renewed parts could actually have been restored?

God sake wear some boots and trousers 10 years ago I sprained my ankle kicking over xt500 never been right still in pain .
