Based on what sounds like collapsed lifters, unless this engine has a mechanically lashed camshaft, it may not have any oil pressure. I do recall that big block mopars oil pup can lose their prime after an oil change and may require the pump cover to be removed and gears greased in order to get the pump working again. But otherwise a beautiful car!!! .

the lower part of the body of the car is missing, too bad, because it should be, the car looks better, and longer, it's my melipite, I'm going to have another ``67 Charger, the first one was a HEMI 426cid

I owned exact same car. This one's been painted, black factory pin stripes not replaced.

Actually it happened twice when I was a mechanic at a repair facility on a 64 383 and a 65 413. On the 413 I revved the engine slightly off idle and it built pressure- Both cars had idiot lights. As far a running an engine W/O oil pressure my friend drove his 383 for 10 miles with the oil light on and found that the hex drive snapped after which it and the oil pump were replaced and the engine continued to run for a long time after.. One of my school mates drove his 62 Ford with a 292 for nearly 3 days with no oil pressure with same problem and after replacing the pump and drive shaft the engine went on with life.
