When I turn my lights on, they go on, but the hideaway part doesn't drop down. Any thoughts? They were working last week, but after I jumped the car, they didn't work thereafter.
Actually, I would have to get the standard-to-electric hideaway kit, B144DE. I wouldn't dare attempt to install it. How many hours do you think someone would charge.
I absolutely love the idea of converting my vacuum to electric and have assembled the parts but not to sure on the wiring of the relay switch. Do you have a close up of the relay or possibly a diagram? Thank you for the inspiration.
Thank you so much! I have an 8 pin DC12 10a coil voltage DPDT electromagnetic power relay w socket base. I believe it is similar to the relay in your video. Did you mount your inside the car or in the engine compartment?

What speed actuator are you using? From all my research there are a lot out there that are extremely slow. I want to make sure I pick one that is close to the speed yours are. How many mm a second? Or inches a second?
You want slow ..... to be honest, i did not pay any attention to speed. I paid more atrention to lift capacity, giving me an indicator of build quality. They are listed as : linear actuators
