"I don't have a passenger seat belt. I'll hold the fck on." Yep, perfectly said... Hats off as well to someone who uses the car the way it was intended and maintains it!
I wonder how safe the car is from insane people who hate the confederate flag. You just know some asshole is going to fuck with that car sooner or later, especially if it gets parked in a public place.
tarstarkusz i own one an yes my best friend for many years who is black I found out he was tha one that spray painted my mf roof an beat my mf car wit a t bat
Crazy to see an open door on a General. Great video. Imagine what those people on the freeway thought when you came sliding around in that right hander?
I like to watch your videos and learn a little bit about the mechanics of this car... I love Charges as well. I wish one day I could have one. Greetings from Brazil!
Wow I didn't know about the part you took out of the master cylinder. You do great work, it's not a hack job. I like the solider iron idea over a box cutter. The carpet will never fray that way. Have fun, great driving. Like dude said.....You have the coolest car there.
Awesome, love the antibody roll mirror and the rockford turn with out hitting a cone!!!! Great driving ! Can't wait to see Daisy finished that car will be a handful!
Chris it is Sooooo cool you use your cars , so many trailer queens/ garage queens with 100 point resto's I get sick of them .Most guy's with a old car won't even drive on gravel , your out killing it mobing the car like you can just go buy a new one tomorrow like it's 1969. I love it !
If it don't fucking smoke there's something wrong with it, lol! Love the logic! Just wish you had some outside filming of the general going through the track, always loved those old Bud Lindamin videos of them beating on the "new" for 1969 cars and all back in the day, cooking up the skins going round the test track through the corners hard, great stuff! As long as you had fun and didn't break to much, you're golden. We need more power Scotty! I'm giving you all she's got Captain! Rug it! ▪☆☆☆▪
The weight of the rear view mirror moving.. spun you around. Chris.. you must have that horn working next time for the crowd.. they would have gone nuts! Nice driving man
At 2 minutes in I liked the video, right after you said what you were doing with the hand brake. Best fun video of yours to date. I Love the track thrash and the desert bashing most of all! Keep em coming 👍
Hell yeah brother--I love the generals upgrades and I thoroughly enjoyed watching you drive like there’s no tomorrow! I look forward to the next round of improvements. Peace-out!
This is absolutely how this car should be used. Not closed away in a garage somewhere. Also to add driving like that in a big car with that much body roll is impressive to say the least!!!
Chris,...General getting better and better with you're upgrades it's bad ass ...like all you're videos and cars !!! Still have T Shirts ..etc. how do I go about getting swag ? Haha... big fan of the Chargers ! Got Jeds T shirt from Scott's Speed Shop..now I need to get something from Junkerup !! ( support the cause ). I think you have info on this swag in other videos? Cant find it yet. Great Videos !! Take care ..greetings from Michigan !
Chris, Thank you so much for beating the hell out of your Mopar the way Dodge intended!! The handbrake is Genius! We Salute You!! Subscribed, and alerted and broke the handle off!!
Yes its always good to be dealing with a nice clean hole because no body wants to be dealing with a dirty hole thanks for sharing another great video my friend peace 😁👍
I know I'm late to the party on comments but that was fucking amazing man !!! I just found your channel 3 weeks ago but I've gone back and watched all your videos up to now and can't wait to see the rest !!! Awesome, Awesome Channel !
You go Chris living the dream in that General Lee doing what everybody else would love to do too many people have trailer Queens instead of enjoying the car love the entertainment
Dana 60's are heavy for a reason...they're BOMB PROOF!!! Yeah I've drank Ford 9 inch Kool Aid and they're great centre sections but Ma Mopar knew what she was doing when she threw Danas under her cars and trucks!
It's pretty hard to keep my interest long enough to watch a 30 minute video but you did a good job. Looks like the welded torque converter is holding up. I really enjoy watching this the only way it could have been better is if I was driving. Happy Motoring.
I watched a bunch of drifters and you’re pretty damn good for that being your first time it was even more nice what is the weather hope you had a camera set up in the car
DAMN THAT LOOKED LIKE FUN!!!!!!!! I was saying: I wish he'd set up a camera so I could see what the wheels are doing. Then HOLY SHIT!!!! THERE THEY ARE!!!! Looks like leafs are NOT the way to go. I cannot believe how much side deflection there is in hard cornering. I expected some, but HOLY SHIT!!!! Maybe a Watts Link in the future??? Dude, EXCELLENT video.
Leaf springs are just one of several things that I wish MOPAR could have done better. The GM's "4 link" style rear suspension was better among other things.
That exhilarating footage of you driving The (your) General Lee , marks a classic example of the huge gulf that exists between driving in the USA and UK. Here in the UK we'd have dozens of yellow jacket 'track marshals' , stand-by ambulances, more official health&safety paranoia jobsworths than you could shake a stick at, people with hard hats, steel toecap boots and clipboards making up rules as they go along and members of the public calling and the Police and complaining to environmental health about noise, smoke and fumes . Stay there Chris..You have the dwindling remains of freedom & the live and let live culture. The UK has had it mate. RIP Britain.. Keep the Chargers alive !
so cool to see someone driving, really driving a general. Over here (UK) that car would be $60,000 and nursed to shows ( reall tidy ones 100k plus) I've seen rough 69 chargers without engines for £25000 - i can dream oh n don't even think about putting gas in it!
