1969. Last of the true XLCHs (magneto ignition). Remember to hold down the handlebar kill button while priming and finding the compression stroke to avoid the painful kick-back. Beautiful bike!!

My 1st Harley was 1967 XLCH which looked exactly like the 69. Having a strong mag and place a rivit in the carb base to “tickle” the carb during cold starts helps a good deal. I had no problems with the carb.
