I'd prefer the original stock magnum 500 rims. The big disappointment is the cowl induction doesn't even function properly. It should be open all the way when not running and close all the way when it starts. Vacuum issue? Other than that, the black tuxedo/white stripes are one of my favorite Chevelle colors. Forest green/white, cranberry red, Cortez silver and the blue.
Hideous is right. And if it’s not an LS6 and matching it’s not the real thing and not interested. I had a matching numbers LS6 with M22 and never should have sold it .
Two easy way to tell if original LS6. Besides decals which can be changed . The tach should be 6500 redline . The intake should not be orange either. Let’s see - well tach is 5500 so originally an LS5 if it was a 454 originally . NEXT
