sometimes you gotta sell a car just to pay for concrete where it was sitting...heres one of those instances. its a 1970 dodge charger project roller that is a huge project and missing alot but atleast its a starting point
I like that you went for the no reserve auction. Worth what the market will bear and set a price standard for others. Hope it buys you a yard full of concrete.
There will still be people complaining about something you didn't show or tell about never fails . Hope you get along with the new neighbor's don't no about being that close to the in-laws I try and get away from family lol but keep the video's coming and the new building up the new place to how you need it to be to have room to do what you do best
I think that car should more than sufficiently fetch enough money to pay for the concrete. Too bad you can’t reach out to a concrete company and see if they would trade you. Pretty cool to see you in the bigger place. Now you have a bunch more room to work with.

If there was ever a RU-vidr who deserves a shop it is you my friend…While i do follow and enjoy others they are nowhere near the fabricator that you are…Good luck with the sale and the concrete and then a big ass tent(of sorts) I assume
My dream since i was a little boy watching the dukes of hazard in the early 80's was to own a 1969 dodge charger general Lee but my reality i know i will never have one cannot and never will afford one i am almost 50yrs old but i do get to drive one in my dream every now and then lol.
Today that's a $9k turd.. I doubt you have more than $500 bucks invested in that cream puff.. hell naw to the naw naw naw.. get that concrete man.. you deserve more work space at your new place.. love your channel 👍
Glad to hear you moving Chris, that`s a whole lot of concrete you need and not a whole lot of car. I know someone will ask so it might as well be me, what would it cost to pay you to put quarters on, do the floor pan and fix the other small metal work issues, just a guesstamit would be fine, your a strait up guy, i`m dying to know.
I'd take it for $10,000. And then I'd let Chris do the metal work afterwards. And then I'd put a 69 grill and paint it. And not B-5 blur either. I'm painting it F-8 green on the body. With a bright white roof. I could care less about numbers matching also.
Please god, let me find a time machine. When I was a kid (c.1980), very clean and nicely equipped '70 Charger R/T's were selling on the used car lots for ~$5K.
When you said you were moving.... I half expected you to get a place somewhere without the neighbors so close? 🤔 I'm sure you had your reasons for moving there (i.e. being closer to the In-laws) maybe. 🤷♀️ I just figured you'd find a place a little further in the desert where you could make as much noise as you want and pile in as many cars as you wanted. But I'm sure the pros outweighed the cons. 🙂
This 'car' (one of my favorites) needs all new sheet metal, and you could probably have graveyard cars do it for about 15 to 35 K US dollars. Just buy a brand new vin body shell from dynacorn or other manufacturer. Has a great selection of cars, this could be your donor car for other miscellaneous parts. Like brake and clutch pedals, window trim, windows, etc.
I 'm still kicking myself in the ass for selling my 70 Charger 500 back in 1976 just out of rightschool. 383 2b, auto , Gold/black vinyl. Found years later in a field of old mopars gutted . 😢😢😞😞😞😞😢😢
I was thinking $3000 to $5000, but who knows since the world is running out of Chargers to restore. It will take about $80,000 to do a good job of restoring this car, and it will be worth about $100,000 after that. I would throw in a new crate 440 with a 727 auto trans into it.

@@christophersanders5007 it all depends on what your skill set is. If your paying someone to build it for you, your going to have WAY more in it then it's worth. That being said, it's always cheaper to buy a car done then it is to build one. Its hard to swallow because of how cheap these cars were even 20 years ago. But the tags and title alone I've seen bring 5k attached to a car that would require a rebody to build. I'd say if this car sell for under 10k, it was a good buy.
Don’t put too much faith in fleabay. Past experience has taught me that the winning bidder usually disappears or they come up with crazy excuses. The wife won’t let me have it or the dog jumped up and hit the keyboard.

It was more of a comment on how I was inspired to cut a rotten chevelle apart and weld it back together watching your videos! Keep up the great videos! You never know how many people you inspire to join the car culture that never would have or get them to go further on projects that they would have never taken time on.
