This 1970 Ford Thunderbird was built on the Lincoln Continental assembly line by Fords top tier builders. A smooth powerful land yacht marketed to the group of wealthy hippies and ne’er-do-wells that couldn’t afford to buy their way into the suit wearing, Lincoln driving, yuppie class. The 70 bird came equipped with a psychedelic owners manual, a built in rolling tray on the back of the glovebox door, and 3 more ashtrays than cup holders.
