You can literally cruise the vistas! Was the high school fave back in the day!

that's the wagon we had-same color, same trim, 350 rocket. that cruiser cruised us all around, from Wyoming, where we slept in it on a mountain pass in the medicine bow mountains, to Florida, when my parent actually let me take it on spring break from Ohio! what a great grocery-getter it was.

I want that 70 supreme behind the wagon. I grew up in the same one, bamboo yellow, black vynal top and those 70 specific hub caps. Was a north east car with all the rot you could imagine. We had that car from 86-2006

I had one with a Rocket 350. Of all the cars I’ve owned it’s the one I miss the most. We use salt in the winter on our roads and my gas tank support body mounting points rusted through. At the time there were no replacements. My friend owned a body shop and looked at it then gave me the bad news. If I had continued to drive it eventually the fuel tank was going to fall out. Yours brings back pleasant memories. I did get the chance to test drive one with the 455. Very fast!!

Yes indeedy cruise the vista with this vista cruiser. This has an exhaust leak. Mine ran excellent down the highway with it big 4 5 5 olds Rocket.

One of our neighbors when I was a kid in the early seventies had one exactly that color. I wonder if it's theirs half a century on.

You might be a bit too young,back in the '70's there was Wonder wagon...Wagon of steel.( A W-30 Vistacruiser) Wagons are cool and this one is one of the coolest. You scored a beautiful car in amazing cond.Can't wait to see it cleaned up.

We had the '68, 1st of this model type. Grand Canyon, Daytona Beach, Acadia, etc. We towed the Apache Mesa pop up for summer vacations.

My mom and dad had a 1971 just like it. Ours had a 350 olds engine. My dad would never buy a 455 because of gas mileage

Beautiful car. I'd keep stock original what works fine, while also upgrading other things. If it had drum brakes, for example, I'd upgrade to power disc brakes.
