G’day Rob, as you requested. You guys were so were, and still are, so lucky to have easy access to the big three car manufacturing companies. We do have some cool cars (here) of yesteryear, but American cars rival all of ours.

@@RobsGarageDays it is COPO (Central Office Production Order) #9796 and it was only made available for order AFTER April 1970. If your car has a build date prior to May 1970 then your car would only have been available with the short ducktail spoiler (or no spoiler at all).

@@barnabyjones5161 the build sheet may have said z67 it's hard to tell but it definitely had a 7 on the end of it and it definitely said "SUPER SPORT" as plain as day.

@@raymondkidwell2338 yeah but z22 is the RS appearance package. What i'm getting at is that if that's faked then the whole car is suspect.

@@barnabyjones5161 I know what you're saying and the reason you didn't see the z22 on the build sheet is because its not there and the guy said that he put the RS front end on the car. But it is a real SS car.

Yeah, a higher HP engine would be nice. But this thing cruises along fine as is. And with the current price of fuel, it’s an economical car to drive.

The L48 was the 300hp 350.

The 300hp L48 was the middle of the road option. It had a 4bbl carb and wasn't much more than a cam change away from the 360hp in the Z28. On the other hand, I have the bottom of the line 350 of 1970. It's a 250hp 2bbl, in my no frills, no options other than air conditioning, way more fun than it should be, base model 1970 2nd gen.

The hood is perfect

One of my long time best friends use to have a 70 1/2 Z28 and it said 70 1/2 on the title. And I have always preferred the 3 piece spoiler over the 1 piece or no spoiler at all on the 2nd gen camaros.
