Here’s one of the few new additions to the collection for the new year. It’s a mid 1970s K3L that was manufactured by Holden through Nathan Airchime. The horn is sand cast and requires cork gaskets for all of the bells. The diaphragm packs on this horn were less than stellar. 2 bent diaphragms on the 3 bell, heat treated (garbage) diaphragms in the 2 bell, and the one was just worn out. So, I dropped a fresh rebuild kit inside diaphragms and cushions) and cleaned up
The nozzle and clamp ring and the horn woke up. Temp in the video was in the 40s with some light wind gusts. Enjoy! Please feel free to ask questions!
