What you referred as Arabs are many different ethnicities and religions of the region included Hebrews way before you were there, Greeks, romans, Sumerians (real owner of the land not even Turks or Arabs), Persians, Assyrians, Armenians. So no. It was never an Arab country. There was not even a country. Turks made initial structure and British made countries with fake borders.

There are 22 Arab countries, 15 outside the Arabian peninsular, predominantly Muslim, combined the size of the USA. Virtually no Jews live in Arab Muslim lands anymore since they were all ethnically cleansed. There is one (1!) Jewish country in the Jews' ancestral homeland (what Jordan coined the West-Bank in 1948 is in fact Judea and Samaria, the cradle of Jewish civilization - that includes Hebron), somewhat between the size of New Jersey and Maryland - which the Jews share with 2 Million Arabs (or 20% of the population) who are Israeli citizens with full citizens rights. If all 22 Arab countries combined were a football field, Israel wouldn't even be the size of a match box - but Arabs want to convince the world there will only be peace if they get half the match box when in fact they want it all, without Jews in it. Btw. the Arabs tried to take it all when they started a war with the declared goal to drive the Jews into the sea and attacked Israel with 5 Arab armies in 1948.... they lost. They tried again in 1967... and lost again. So who's greedy here?
