It's a really smooth no noise engine it was rebuilt with full bottom end rebuild fresh rebore new genuine Norton pistons, sounds absolutely lovely going up the road

Single carburetor is best. No vibration from unsycronized carbs. Single carburetor versions of vintage British motorcycles are easier to live with.l have had my Triumph Tr-6 with a hard tail and magneto for 40 years.
@@frankmarkovcijr5459If you take the dual carbs off you lose up to 25% of the hp and torque that the original dual carbs produce. Owners that use a single carb because they can't adjust dual carbs would be better off learning instead of compromising a classic like this poor Combat. People that think they know more than the engineers that designed these classics have no technical advice to offer.
