This is a video about removing the roof skin on a 1973 thru 1979 Ford Crewcab. I own a 1979 F350 Crewcab which I converted to 4 wheel drive using many standard frame parts from a 1979 F250 4x4 and 1979 Bronco. Please excuse the video, as I do not have experience editing videos. I just thought I would show how I am doing it now during the 1st week of August 2024. I found a NOS roof skin, Ford part #D3TZ-1050202-A on eBay which I bought just in case I need it. I also purchased the 60” long roof patch panels (part #44-7805) and the 60” long drip rail repair panels (part #44-7803) from LMC Truck which I am pretty sure I will be using.
