Hi Cam! I loved watching your rebuild this camper. I just bought a 1973 Starcraft Starmaster 8 and trying to decide what to do with it. Do you know what the weird shape screws are in these campers and what size tires they use? I appreciate your help with this. I can't wait to see the end product! Thanks!
The screws in my camper were a square head Robertson screw. You can buy square bits at home depot. They were a pain to take out! I just put in regular Phillips screws when I rebuilt. I was told camper companies put those pain in the butt screws in so that you would have to buy their special bit back in the day. And the tires on my camper are Carlisle ST175/80R13 Hope that helps!
