HI EVERYONE! HERE IS OUR 1976 MOBILE HOME. WE HAVE STARTED OUR FIRST DEMOLITION VIDEO IN THE BATHROOM.
Hey everyone! I hope you guys are doing well! Please enjoy all my videos I post on here. If there is any video that you would like me to do explaining something with trucking please let me know in the comments or send me a message! You may see other stuff than trucking. I'm trying to show what I do outside of trucking as well! We will soon have some single wide trailer remodels coming soon in the future. Murphy Bear, old lady here, work smart. As others said, gut the whole thing, your floors will have rot in them, the walls beneath the windows will have rot, if you have a dumpster or trailer you can dump everything in there, that way you won't have to pick it up twice. Put your metal stuff/fridge, washer, in the bus and recycle, get a little money for remodel. Don't expect to have this done in a few weeks. Good luck ❤

I respect people who can do their own renovations! It saves a lot of money, and you can customize just about anything! Good for you and prayers that all will go well for you and your family.

Taking down a wall in my 1976 mobile home was definitely the toughest job I have done..lol they screw, staple and nail EVERYTHING!! There are no load-bearing walls in a single wide, have at er!!

If you can I would gut the whole trailer and start over . Design it a different way to have kitchen and living room bigger, a place to put a washer and dryer.. Have the bathroom in your bedroom . There's spot potential here, design a plan. Do away with the front porch , it's not connected to the house so the rain is coming in.

Yes, I agree gut the whole thing and start from scratch because there’s a lot of mold and mildew in there somewhere and a lot of pieces of wood that need to be replaced and you can only see that by getting it

This is the part I am not looking forward to in our trailer. We plan to remove and replace all of the insulation to make the home more efficient and hopefully more sound proof. We dont plan on taking out any walls, but we are going to turn a half bath into a whole bath and have a stackable washer dryer as well. Looking forward to watching your journey progress. We have some videos of our home on our channel if you are curious.😊

Yeah unfortunately I didn't know that when i was recording but we are now using go pros for this remodel. I filmed these 2 years ago and won't for sure if I wanted to upload or not but there is only like 10 more episodes like this then we will be up to date and current with videos! I do apologize for the small screen.

There's no weight on any of the interior walls. The roof is resting on exterior walls. Basically the framing of roof is trusses

Wouldn't it be cheaper and more sensible to removed the old trailer and put a new one in its place ? The area is so pretty . I can't wait to see the finished product , but a little advise if I may lol ... While remodeling make sure to silicone all open spaces around pipes to keep mice and/or rats out . seems they get into trailers so easy that way , Don't want to have an infestation ...Eeeeks!!
