Sweet ride. I couldn’t see the end result in the start of the video and was yelling leave the chevelle alone! I became a believer though, monte looks good with the wheels. Which style are those wheels and where did you get them? I meant to comment a few videos back that also your audio is much better too. I had a 77 Monte, I bought in 81 with 67k miles on her. Drove her for 8 years and put another 160k miles on her. Had the Swivel Bucket seats, she was a highway machine!

dont feel bad bad about swapping out. theres bunch of chevelles out there. theres not many montes out there. honestly would rather see the monte carlo beatin the hell out the chevelles lol...dont get me wrong i like the chevelles to

Your story sounds alot like mine. I bought a 1973 454in 1985 work drove it high school then started working on it them time and life gets away from you and now it still sits in barn. Very cool keep it up..👍

When you go to the parts store and they tell you they don't have the hose. Have them let you look in the back yourself. Youll almost always find the one you need.

If that Monte Carlo was mine, I would put catalytic converters on it. I'm proving that a car guy can be a tree hugger too. As witness my job picking up trash at a NY state park near my house, May to October each year. I started in 2019. Of course, I would put vanity plates on it, a line lock, CB, drag radials and a school bus style passenger door opener.
