That WAS cool! Sometimes you just do the best you can with what ya got. Honestly, the finished product looked so good I'm sorta puzzled GM never made a droptop B-body.
Did you do anything to the frame as far as extra support underneath or anywhere else. Was there a lot of flex in the body after roof removal. Awesome video
No I did nothing for support. Back in 1991, there was no internet. I could not look anything up and did not ask anybody anything. I literally just grabbed a saw and did it. Had no idea what was going to happen. As far as flex there was nothing noticeable. The only thing I remember was the doors making a lot of noise over bumps.
