My first car as a 20yr old in ‘85….fond memories of that snowy night in the back seat w/ my girlfriend @ that time , Suzanne, melted the snow off the windows 😎
The car my parents kept the shortest time was a 79 Bonneville they purchased new and traded it in on a new 81 Cadillac Sedan DeVille. I learned to drive on the Bonneville. The Cadillac was a spur of the moment purchase.
This car is not equipped with the Brougham option. This was the standard Bonneville interior. The Brougham option had pillowed seats and I think the only option was cloth. I had a 77 Bonneville 2 door Coupe with this interior but in vinyl.
@@c.a.2759 WRONG. THIS IS A BROUGHAM. THEY UPGRADED THE INTERIORS IN '78. MY GRANDPARENTS HAD THE IDENTICAL CAR. YOU CAN SEE THE BONNEVILLE BROUGHAM INSCRIPTION ON THE GLOVE BOX DOOR.
My Neighbor has a car just like this one I think the same year the shade of blue is lighter though but he hasn't driven it in 5 to 10 years it was sitting in his yard somewhere for like 3 to 5 years then he moved it somewhere in his driveway and has been sitting there for the past 5 years It's in bag condition cause he didn't take care of it for the past 10 years it would have been a really nice car if he took care of it
The only way that you’ll see one of these cars in great shape is if you’re lucky enough to buy it from an old person that babied the car since they bought it brand new and kept it in the garage.
I do like but the Olds 98 and these are right at the same car just repackaged. I do prefer the Olds. It had a much better build quality. The Olds had a little more giddy up go too.
