To Mr. Masayuki Sugihara of Luck Motorcycles: This is truly, truly an amazing chopper. One of the most stunning cycles I have seen in 50 years. It has a very clean yet industrial and mechanical look and presence which cannot be denied; further accentuated by the minimalist, semi-monochromatic paint and subtle metal finishing, including rivet treatments. The very impressive triple time of that righteous Shovelhead’s idle has a hypnotic off-kilter cadence to it that sounds like perfect cam overlap. An absolutely superb creation which surely took many, many hours of deep contemplation, creativity and very hard physical work and concentration to execute. My hat is off to you, Sir - Bravo! Regrettably, I could not make it to this year’s Born Free. (I live only 25 minutes south of their Silverado Canyon venue). From Southern California ~ Ride Forever!
