Reupload from 2021 for better quality. YT subtitles weren’t great. I used another editing tool. Worked much better. Bundy in front of judge 1:33 - 6:05

I think he says "...I have to talk to you about something" rather than "I had 17..." (3:27 - 3:29).

It's incredible isn't it? That's why the Carol DaRonch channel is THE best channel for the entire Bundy case and a few others I like including Captain Borax. She has done such a great job with all these incredible videos we have here. I am also surprised how much of the Bundy case was captured on video at the time, especially given this dates back to the 70s.

Thank you for the subtitles! This is good. I always thought he looked drunk, but he has probably sobered up at this point as it looks like his face has scabbed over. Also the facial swelling and the mustache,contribitevto his goofy look. Poor little Kimberly! It was known that he was a murder suspect at this time as is mentioned by the State Prosecutor at the beginning of the proceeding, hence the media's understandable interest in him.
@Romulan2469
@Romulan2469 16 дней назад
@@harryricochet8134 It's still suspicious to me that all of the cameras were already set up at Pensacola police station before he arrived even if he was known as a murder suspect. I mean can you imagine if this had been a case of mistaken identity and it wasn't Bundy they had arrested and all the media had this guy all set up to be the fall guy? You have to wonder about who was tipping off the media about his exact whereabouts and how they managed to get cameras all the way into the court room when he was having the charges read out to him. I know that in today's world it's not a surprise but back in the 70s this was almost unheard of unless they had arrested some big celebrity figure.

Could you please explain to me what's wrong with his face? It's puffy and scratched. Did he do smth to himself to hide his identity or was there a fight with a policeman? Besides, did you notice the way his voice sounded? He tried to change it while answering questions. It means he still hoped he could be believed to be Keneth and released afterwards

Amazing footage! 👏 ... he's the most distraught and devastated here compared to any other court hearings ive seen of him . Even the ones in utah and Colorado he still looks confident and arrogant . . Here he knows for a fact that he's reached the end up his rope finally. I'm also mind blown to see how crippled and resourcelsss the police system used to be back in the 70s !!! Literally dark ages! .. imagine one of the FBI 10 most wanted men in the states escapes jail for a SECOND TIME ( WTF?! ) and moves to another state and not only they don't momentarily identify him , they even have to bust their balls to get him reveal his real name 🤣... it's so funny that FBI made a list of most wanted ppl in the STATES but there was no database of those ppl in other states lol ... I think back in wild west they caught up to murdurers more efficiency
