In this video I show you how to install an aftermarket clutch cable, firewall adjuster and quadrant in your 1979 to 2004 Mustang with a manual transmission. The stock plastic quadrant can fail over time with age and higher than stock clutch pressure. The easiest and cheapest way to fix this is install an aftermarket cable, firewall adjuster and quadrant. In this video the parts that I install are from Maximum Motorsport but, other aftermarket cables, firewall adjusters, and quadrants install the same way. I will also show you an easy way to adjust your clutch cable if you already have a firewall adjuster.
