There was no cr 480 in 1980. There was no open class 2 stroke for Honda in 1980 either. The cr 480 first released in 82 and the first open class bike they made was the 450 in 81.
maybe a RC 480 which would be a works bike? they made their CR450R in 1981 and the CR480 came out in 1982 and it was a 4 speed bike but the 1983 version had a nice bunch of refinements and it gained a 5 speed transmission. the only air cooled CR500 came out in 1984, all the 1985 and later CR500 were liquid cooled.
