This is a different truck, the model in snow runner is one of two, the 5050 and 5070, the different being that the 5050 had mid power engines and the 5070 was the heavy power variant.
This com is a year old but if you're still curious. Mine has Toyo 9.00 - 22.5s on the rear, and then the steer tires are something crazy like Michelin 12 - 22.5s. Absolutely crazy fat tires on the front. Seems like a common trend though.
