I loved their music and their tv show even the Christmas shows the Osmonds did I wish they did more specials like this I enjoyed these Christmas shows the Osmonds did

I loved their show as well. Reminds me of simpler times. I was just a little girl but I wish we had more wholesome holiday shows . I also miss my family so this reminds me of sweet memories ❤

I have been an Osmond fan since I was a kid. Thanks so much for sharing these memories. Loved watching these shows when I was a teenager. Now I watch them at 59 years old and they still make me smile. Always loved seeing the whole family together. ❤

D & M are the best entertainers & idols of all times. So multi talented & so gifted in any way possible. One word to describe them, PERFECT! Till now, nobody can replace them. I just wonder, if they ever knew they have a fan very2x far away from them in a place called kuching, sarawak, east Malaysia. Love them forever.

I still wish that they had Christmas Specials every year. I really miss them. One of the specials that really made me laugh was the one with the Christmas Pjs were they had one pair between the nine of them. It made me laugh to see their nine heads sticking out of one top and nine pajama bottoms.

The old Osmond studios. I remember when it was a big thing but it didn’t last too long. Marie looked really good at the beginning. They don’t Christmas shows anymore. It was such an innocent time.

I can't help myself. They all are so very talented. It seems that what ever they do, they are good at doing it. 🥰🎼🎵🥁🎹🎷🎺🎸🎤📽️🎥🎞️ But I must admit that I am in love with Marie's voice.🥰😘♥️ Her voice is so pure, so 'real'. Well, it is hard for me to explain. I sing myself. But I would already be happy with only 1/4 of her singing talent. (Maybe noit so good English, but I hope you know what I mean.) I am only sorry that it took me so long to find this. But I am glad thát I did. So thank you again, so very, very much😘♥️🙏

This is my favorite Osmond Family Christmas Special. Thank you for posting the video. It is much better than my old VHS version copied off the TV all those years ago.

@@DavesOsmondVideos. I didn't, my grandparents did. I was only I was in high school. I saw this when it aired on TV and loved it. My grandparents happened to video tape it and I found out years later so I asked if I could copy theirs. So my copy is a copy of a 1980 copy,, so you can imagine how good that is. But I have been happy to have it, but now,, thanks to you, I can watch a version that is most likely better than what I saw on TV! I love the Osmonds! I toured their studio a couple of times, back when they owned it and dreamed of marrying Jimmy (we were just 4 months apart in age). :)

Not as good as previous years, 1980 was changing times! Was Greg Evigan in the closing number? It's reminiscent of SCTV at the time, all this needed was DEVO and G Gordon Liddy to round out the guest list!

Yes, Greg Evigan was in the closing number. He was the guy that bought the bag of peanuts from the vendor and he had those same clothes on throughout the closing number.
