Demonstrate operation of a 1981 Olympia Espress Cremina lever espresso machine. This was made for someone who wanted to buy it and the machine was sold. Some things I said and did didn't make sense when looking back at the video. 0:20 - basket not a portafilter obviously, 1:00 lifting the lever and then locking in the pf would only be done after the group is already at the temp one is shooting for.
