That was only imported to Finland to compete with the honda monkey, you tune it to go a lot faster with only 60cc and carb upgrade, it went to almost 80km/h and was like a rocket. This was illegal in Finland due to mopeds being restricted to 45km/h. There was also the legendary 80cc Malossi that made that thing fly almost 100km/h if u just dared hehe
