Nice vintage saw. The fact that it still works, shows that it was build with quality in mind. I bet you're going to completely clean and oil the motor so it will run like new? Hoping for videocoverage of that, to see how repairable it is.
Very cool, my grandfather gave me a similar model. I made a new table for it and it works great. It looks as if the motor carriage on yours has a bit of play in it I wonder if the yolk nut needs to be tightened.
Nice 👍 I used one of those for woodshop in school as well as welding I actually was better than my other classmates in welding they were too busy welding pennys to the metal stools I worked with the standard welding I actually ruined most of my pants in welding and woodshop because the welding masks were too dark I also did mig welding too we also had a 3d printer
I also used the 3 d printer for making parts for my wind up phonographs I have made other parts for my vintage reel to reel tape to decks i worked on at least 20 reel to reel tape decks in my life total
