Good to see another Beluga out there. I recently picked up one of these here in the UK, currently trying to get it back to good working order. Had low compression same as yours, I put new rings in it (with original piston) and that helped a lot. The old rings had 0.40 gap, the spec calls for 0.15-0.30. Would you happen to know where the pipe goes from the blue end of the bright blue valve? Looks like it needs a vacuum pipe, but mine is missing. I can see a pipe in your video, but it disappears behind somewhere. Thanks
