This is the complete game day program from the 9th Annual Philadelphia Daily News City All-Star Football game played on April 10, 1983 at Northeast High School's Charlie Martin Memorial Stadium in Philadelphia. The program features the players from both the Public and Non-Public teams and was published to RU-vid on the 41st anniversary of the game. The Philadelphia Daily News City All-Star Football game was also sponsored by the Philadelphia Eagles and was established in 1975 to showcase the talents of high school football players from the city of Philadelphia. The game has assisted players in going on to play college football and provided scholarship grants.
