The Steelers would still win the AFC Central Division and go to the 1983 playoffs where they would get blown out by the LA Raiders on their way to a Super Bowl 18 win. The losses to the Vikings and Lions really didn't mean that much since the Raiders, Seahawks, Dolphins, and Broncos, were all hotter teams in the AFC that season anyways.

I'm a dire Steelers fan I was at this game the night before I met the Steelers at the hotel they stayed at I got a lot of autographs Jack Lambert was friendly I asked him how he stayed in shape and he replied "I Drink lots of Michelob Detroit crushed us 45-3 I didn't eat on that Thanksgiving Day 😢😢
The Lions teams of this era were close to being really good. I know we could do this until we're blue in the face, but can't help to think what this team could have been with a healthy Sims and drafting either Kelly or Marino. Call me crazy, but I sense they would have outperformed the Danielson/Hipple combo.
