I’m also restoring a 1984 CR250. What I did with the water pump area is where it gets corroded I powder coated it. Powder coat can take the chemicals and it will make it so it doesn’t get corroded
So update, I will be making another video soon. Lots to catch up on. And this will be up for auction when I’m done so you have a chance to own this one. Stay tuned.
