I met Howard Johnson once but than I realized it was just the waiter at Howard Johnson's, , I ordered the grand slam breakfast , the waiter than said I made an error , only Denys has the grand slam breakfast , so I just went home and later that night watched the Mets game and Howard Johnson went 4-4 with a grand slam and credited his good game to what he ate for breakfast that for morning , yup he had the grand slam breakfast at Deny's and what really makes this story unbelievable is that the waiters name was Howard Johnson who was working his first shift at Denys because he had gotten fired from Howard Johnson's for telling customers he played for the Mets when the he didn't because he was just a waiter who shared an apartment with his two roommates Howard & Deny. True story
