There's no way in hell, that I'd have my vehicle on that Mickey mouse lift. Look how thin the square tubing is and not even reinforced around the ends.
I probably wouldn't use it for more than a car or small SUV but they sell stuff commercially that is lesser built than this. It'll hold fine for most vehicles. It's a good thing you don't have to put yours on it I guess.
That's bad ass but instead of removing the red part that holds the tires every time point them up and just slide it in it would save alot of time but over all I would love to have one on my pickup that's smart
He picked the vehicle up & down but notice he didn't drive anywhere cause that wasn't possible , to much weight to far back , A sling set up would have worked , but the only way that light duty truck & short wheel base set up will work is towing A Morris Minor & lighter cars.
Looks like some crazy knocked up in Mexico repo truck! Quite possibly the most un professional set up I have ever seen! There is no way this would pass operators safety certification checks! No safety pins or locks anywhere. No safety chain no duals on rear of truck. Accident looking for a place to happen.
This is some crazy shit setup I'm surprised Highway Patrol don't repo that truck and junk it no safety pins or nothing if someone like that pulled up to pick up my truck I would have laughed and told them to leave
Too much weight, maybe that hydraulic is weak or not holding pressure, and plus he ended up putting that locking rod on the farthest hole. As soon as he picked it up, all that slack was still there
Apart from all the other shit, this truck should be on dual rears if using an underlift. Seriously dangerous and not fit for purpose. The beer cans in the back speak volumes about owners attitude to things.
Stan Mendoza way to stay positive , this is why ppl don’t get ahead in life. You are assuming off this small video that this truck goes on the Road. Maybe it’s just a yard truck.
I hope this setup is just personal use and not use on the public that's putting everybody on Danger if you do use it for daily use he needs to put in jail
Alex aj no it's actually pretty safe it picks the truck up it's self plus it has the support wench he just didn't use it bc he was demonstrating how it's used but basically exactly the way the real ones are built
Man your crazy, I could see this fine pick up/tow truck towing vehicles. This beast would be able to tow a F450 Diesel 4x4 with 44" mud tires & from the front on top of that, it could perfectly do it........Oh, hold on.....shit I just woke up from that dream I was having of a old school 1987 F250 pick up with a wheel lift under the rear end of the pick up. On a serious note, if this was a privately owned tow truck used only once in a while to tow your own cars, it wouldn't be to bad.
Richard Mackino I agree with you that dude is going to kill someone one day that looks really dangerous nothing is really hooked up it's just loose like those rods that he is inserting on a bump that can fall out
Richard Mackino the truck is not to small it's a desal and it's a Ford so it's at least a f350 just not dual that year model but that's what they made actually wreckers out of I personally have a 75 Chevy 3500 wrecker and it's not dualy and 3500 is a f350 basically and that wench is more powerful and that hydrolic pump is higher presher then what came.on my wrecker and mines made for towing obviously he went over board he's more safe then a real wreckerd
