The Oakland Coliseum was so beautiful! Mount David ruined it! Please give A’s their long overdue ballpark in Oakland! They can’t afford to lose all 3 of the pro sports teams! Please keep the A’s in Oakland!
I hope someday the A's will get the ballpark they deserve. With the Raiders moving to Vegas and the Warriors relocating across the bay, Oakland cannot afford to lose all three of its major league teams.
The National League would win over the American League 2-0. It would in 13 innings on a two-run triple by Tim Raines turnout to be the game winner for the Senior circuit. The victory would be the last for the National League as the following year the American League would go on a six-game winning streak from 1988-1993, as the National League would not win The Mid Summer Classic until 1994. Ironically when Moises Alou of the Expos delivered the game winning walk-off double to score Tony Gwynn as he mad dash to home plate as we eluded the tag by Texas Rangers catcher Pudge Rodriguez as the National League ended their six-game losing streak beating the American League 8-7 in 10 innings.
