On those bearings,you can carefully pop off one of the plastic side covers and repack them with wheel bearing grease and carefully pop the cover back on. The PB Blaster might be a temporary fix. FYI I have an '82 Citation with the same motor. Mine wasn't getting fuel,replaced fuel lines,cleaned pump and carb,started on the 3rd pull.Idles fine put won't rev up at all. Needs alittle more love.

I have the same motor in my sled it works like a charm.

Have you put a new fuel pump on it?

What mix are you using and did he have to change the jetting?

My 84 sat for 2 years i put a new primer line on pushed the primer in out 50 fuckin times gas shot in the carb ..pers like a kitten.

Put a new primmer on it. Its gotta be something simple.
