I first thought, these licence plates were SERBIAN, because pre-2010's they had a similar layout And SA is also on Serbia's licence plates It stands for (my father's hometown) SENTA (Vojvodina)
That's just a good way to burn your hands... that's completely unnecessary, if anything, you'd remove less oil. Makes no sense having the engine pump the oil into the nooks and crannies of the engine... when the engine's cold, all the oil would be in the sump anyway.
I just got myself a yugo gvl! It likes to throw itself into neutral if it's under any power, but I can hold it in any gear and the gears are good....what's happening? I wanna keep it on the road too!
How difficult was it changing the timing belt? I have heard that the belt breaking is the number one cause of these getting junked. Interference engine =[
so i'm stationed in germany right now and found one of these on a local dealer here for about $1800 in a pretty good condition. Do you use this as your daily driver? hows driving it? really thinking of buying one and bringing it back to the US!
Pour Liqui Moly Ceratec additive in the engine. And try to regulate that idle, its too high and loud. Have you seen Yugo Florida (in UK known as Yugo Sana)
Mine has this option as well. The condenser is larger than the engine's radiator! Other than that it's nothing special. It's similar to a refrigerator in it's electrical components as far as I'm aware. The temperature slider only adjusts when the AC kicks on, at which point it will run until it reaches a certain temperature. The fan is a bunch of resistors and it's completely independednt. The heater system is also completely separate, with it's own two speed blower and separate vents.
